Vegan mini burgers with tahini

1 medium raw potato peeled and grated (228gr)
1 medium onion grated (103gr)
fresh parsley (36gr)
2tbsp raw tahini (40gr)
40gr bread crumbs
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven in hot air at 200 degrees Celsius.
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mold well with your hands until a uniform mixture is created.
Start making small burgers with the mixture. Add in the mixture more bread crumbs if necessary to thicken.
Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the burgers get a slightly golden brown on the surface.
