Ingredients

  • 100gr organic carob syrup

  • 200gr raw tahini

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a tablespoon to mix the ingredients until a uniform light brown paste is formed.

  2. Put in the fridge and let it freeze for about one hour.

  3. Serve on a slice of multi-seeded bread or as a dip for whole wheat bread sticks.
